7020 – Angle Seat Control Valve

Pneumatic control valve with angle seat design. The integrated positioner type 8049 makes for a compact design. All parts that come into contact with the medium are made from stainless steel.
  • Size: DN 8 - DN 80
  • Pressure: PN 40
  • Material: Stainless steel 1.4408 Bronze 5 (Rg 5)
  • Temperature: Media temperature: -30 °C to +200 °C , Applications from -100°C up to +220°C

8020 – Sliding Gate Control Valve

Pneumatic Control Valve for the control and switching of neutral through to highly aggressive media. For use in process engineering, chemical industries, and for plant equipment.
  • Space saving wafer type construction
  • Lowest possible weight
  • Quiet operation
  • Fast response time
  • Control of high differential pressures with small actuators
  • Greatly reduced energy consumption rates due to short strokes and low actuating forces on the throttle element
  • High Kvs-values
  • Meets the requirements of TA-Luft 2021

4040 – Ball Sector Valve

Pneumatic control valve for the control of neutral and aggressive fluids with integrated positioner.
  • DN 25 up to DN300
  • High Kvs-values up to 3840
  • Excellent control characteristics
  • Suitable for abrasive media
  • Easily exchangeable seat ring
  • Low maintenance
  • Actuators can be easily fitted
  • Efficient and easy to install
  • Optional volume booster Type 4090 (from DN150) in order to reduce the response time
  • Optional face to face dimension acc. ANSI ISA 75.08.02

5020 – Segment Disc Valve

Pneumatic control valve for the control of liquids and steam.
  • Suitable for contaminated fluids
  • Robust design
  • Tight in both directions
  • Controllable against the flow direction
  • Space saving wafer type construction
  • Quiet operation
  • High Kvs-values

7079 – Pinch Control Valve

Pneumatic Control Valve for the control and switching of neutral through to highly aggressive media. For use in process engineering, chemical industries, and for plant equipment.
  • Space saving wafer type construction
  • Lowest possible weight
  • Quiet operation
  • Fast response time
  • Control of high differential pressures with small actuators
  • Greatly reduced energy consumption rates due to short strokes and low actuating forces on the throttle element
  • High Kvs-values
  • Meets the requirements of TA-Luft 2021

7037 – Flange Valves

Pneumatically operated control valves for neutral through to highly aggressive media.
  • Integrated positioner
  • Compact design
  • All parts contacting the fluid are made from stainless steel
  • Temperatures up to 200°C
  • Working pressure up to 40 bar
  • For temperatures from -100°C up to +220°
  • Also available in pressure released version
